Here are a few words for feelings: sadness, joy, anger, rage, irritation, happiness, being down, anxiety, boredom etc. etc. These words often carry a great deal of weight, often hidden. The hardest thing is not knowing why you feel the way you do, fearing what might happen when they are expressed ("if I start crying I will never stop") and finding yourself in a depression which can often mask feelings not expressed in some way.
