Here are a few words for feelings: sadness, joy, anger, rage, irritation, happiness, being down, anxiety, boredom etc. etc. That’s all they are – words. The hardest thing is knowing which is which, what to express and when, what happens when they are not expressed in some way. Which is where I come in. I am there with you and for you.
